Round Rock Public Library has announced two Biz.ability workshops for Friday, October 16, aimed at entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations.
The morning Reference Solutions session is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Its agenda includes researching potential customers, competitors, industries and information that can support a business plan.
The afternoon PolicyMap workshop runs from 1 to 2 p.m. and focuses on mapping data, demographics, neighborhood comparisons and grant-related research.
The library says it provides free access to the two research resources.
Participants can follow the registration link in the city's announcement to check the booking details and current availability.
The sessions serve different purposes: one emphasizes business and market information, while the other explores geographic patterns.
Someone evaluating a new location might arrive with a specific neighborhood question; a nonprofit could bring a question about the community it intends to serve.
That preparation is a suggestion for making the workshop useful, rather than a stated registration requirement.
Confirm location and attendance details through the registration page before making plans.
These are upcoming workshops, not completed events; details were checked October 12, 2026. |
